Workandtraveljobs.com maintains agreements with our employers guaranteeing the position is available, the wage is competitive and accurate with the agreement, and a minimum numbers of hours per week are met.

2. Is the job guaranteed once I select it?
a. The position will be guaranteed pending a verification process, however the job will be removed from the database so that it cannot be selected by any other students

3. What is the Verification Process?
a. Certain positions require different levels of proficiency in the English language, ranging from 1 to 5. Each agreement will have a requirement level for proficiency. For example, a fast food restaurant will be level 1 and an upscale restaurant will be level 5. A representative of Workandtraveljobs.com will contact you by phone to confirm that the level will be met for the position that is selected.

4. What types of payments are accepted to secure an agreement?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com accepts Paypal, WebMoney, Mastercard, Visa, and Western Union transfers through any affiliated bank in your city.

5. How do I get the agreement?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com will post your agreement onto the website for you to download and print, once the verification and payment have been secured. You will have to log into your account to be able to access the signed agreement for the position you have selected.

6. Is housing provided?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com does not provide housing, however can arrange for temporary housing for individuals. For groups of 4 or more, workandtraveljobs.com can help to provide long-term housing for the entirety of the stay. Pricing ranges from $150-$300 per month per student.
b. When you have selected your minimum 3 additional student roommates, please send an email to housing@workandtraveljobs.com with all student names, emails, and their agreement number with the subject line “Request for Housing.”

7. What if I am only coming alone and need long-term housing?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com suggests finding similar students that are participating in the student exchange program to partner up with to get joint housing through workandtraveljobs.com.

8. How do I get to my position?
a. Public transportation will be available for all positions provided by workandtraveljobs.com.

9. How do I get to my housing from the airport?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com can provide escorts pickup from the airport to housing for an additional charge of $50. Taxi charges range from $60-$75.

10. Can I purchase a 2nd agreement for an additional job?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com has numerous additional agreements for temporary positions and part-time positions that will not be listed. Please contact us for further information by email regarding these opportunities.

11. Where can I purchase phone cards to call home?
a. Workandtraveljobs.com has an exclusive partnership with a phone card company that guarantees some of the lowest prices and the longest talk time. When paying for your agreement, you can select an option to purchase phone cards. The access number and pin will be emailed to you with the details of the agreement status.
